Outstanding experience!!

Great location on lively street. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice amenities like pool and gym.

Pretty hotel with pleasant views and decent location next to metro station which is even consider to be one of the most beautiful ones in Moscow.

Fairly clean venue with best possible location very near to a metro station allowing us to get anywhere quickly.

Large comfortable beds, spacious room and bathroom. Iron, ironing board, kettle, cups, and teabags provided. Excellent health center with pool, sauna, and hot tub included. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location, close to metro station and restaurants.

My stay was just perfect here. Clean hotel, customer-oriented staff, ideal location close to the city centre. The food was good - I loved the buffet breakfast. The room was functional, had a huge bathroom. I found a bar in the lobby.

Convenient location, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, excellent internet connection, very good staff, lovely spa, good deal on the price.

This hotel provided me with exceptional service during my stay. Their spa and wellness center was luxurious and well-equipped with exclusive amenities. I also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna facilities. The room was spacious and had exclusive advantages, such as a private balcony and a comfortable king-sized bed. The restaurant and bar/lounge area had a variety of options to choose from, and the buffet breakfast was impressive. Additionally, the hotel's location advantages were perfect for exploring the city.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the check-in process. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took longer than expected.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the Metro stations and subway system. You can conveniently explore the city and reach all the major attractions. The rooms have a nostalgic charm and offer nice windows that let in fresh air. The staff is very nice, attentive, and courteous. The breakfast spread is superb, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel has a pool and a jacuzzi with strong jets, perfect for relaxation.

There is one aspect of the hotel that could be improved upon.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff, especially Timothy, were professional and kind. The hotel had beautiful lobby and facilities, including a romantic restaurant with private space, a lounge bar, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a spa. The location was extremely convenient, being close to the city center and a major metro station. This allowed us to easily explore the city and visit attractions such as Red Square and the Kremlin. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts offered a huge selection of delicious food for every taste, and the staff always ensured that our room was clean and well-stocked with toiletries.

Everything was spot on.

Slow check-in process: The check-in process was a bit slow, as it took some time for the staff to find my reservation. Lack of organization: I had to provide my reservation number from my laptop, which was a bit inconvenient.

The coffee at breakfast was undrinkable for one guest.
